🎄 Healthy Christmas Brussels Sprouts — Crispy, Creamy & Addictive 🎄


This is the kind of Christmas side dish that makes people pause before they eat.

Golden, deeply roasted Brussels sprouts.

Creamy tahini.

Fresh pops of pomegranate.

In this film, I’m sharing one of my favourite healthy Christmas recipes. It’s perfect for holiday tables, family dinners, or whenever you want something comforting that still feels light and balanced. No complicated steps, no unnecessary ingredients — just good food, done properly.


🥦 What’s in the Dish

🔴Ingredients (serves 4):

🔴Brussels sprouts — 500 g (18 oz)

🔴Extra virgin olive oil — 2 tbsp (30 ml)

🔴Tahini — 60 g (2 oz)

🔴Fresh lemon juice — 1 tbsp (15 ml)

🔴Pomegranate seeds — 80 g (½ cup / ~2.8 oz)

🔴Sea salt — ½ tsp

🔴Freshly ground black pepper — ¼ tsp

🔴Warm water — 2–4 tbsp (30–60 ml)

🔴Optional: fresh lemon zest for finishing


 

🔥 Why This Recipe Works

Roasting the Brussels sprouts cut side down creates deep caramelisation and crispy edges

Tahini becomes silky and creamy when whisked slowly with warm water

Pomegranate adds sweetness, freshness, and a beautiful Christmas sparkle
